Please try to give us an accurate description of your requirements. Send us any ideas, sketches or previous designs you want us to repeat.
Don’t forget to send us as many logos as you’d like us to include and tell us roughly where you’d like us to place them.
Also, let us know if you have any color preferences or player names.
Make sure you choose the right sizes by first consulting the relevant tables.
Finally, make sure you send us the down payment so we can start the design process.

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
Make sure everything is correct first and then proceed with the down payment.
Once we receive the payment, we will start the design and production.
A deposit of 30% or a minimum payment of 100 Euro is required to get started.
Once your order is complete, we will let you know the total amount (including shipping).
Before confirming the order, please inform us about the payment method. We accept payment by bank deposit/transfer as well as credit cards.

Before we send you the final invoice, we will let you know.
We can ship your products anywhere in the world. Please note, however, that upon receipt by the carrier, we cease to be liable for any delays or loss.

Returns Policy
Because the products are tailored to your requirements, returns are not accepted.
The only rare case where they are accepted is in the case of a shipping error or in the unlikely event of a defective product.
Returns must be made within ten days and only if we have been notified directly by email or otherwise.
Return costs are borne by the customer. Any replacement products will be shipped to you as soon as possible at no further charge.

If you have purchased through our online store, you will receive an email notification confirming your order and payment method. Then as we are manufacturers, your product will take 2-3 days to be produced if it is not in stock, at which point you will be notified that it is in production. Finally, once it is packed and ready for delivery you will receive a final email that your order has been completed along with a tracking number and the courier service used.

If you have placed an order, you will probably have already been in contact with one of our representatives and they will have discussed with you when your order will enter the production phase (only after you have confirmed the final designs). Typical production times are 10-14 days.
