Try to give us an accurate description of your requirements. Send us any ideas, sketches or previous designs you want to repeat.
Do not forget to send us as many logos as you want to include and tell us approximately where you want to place them.
Also let us know if you have any color preferences or player names.
Make sure you choose the right sizes by first consulting the relevant tables.
Finally, make sure you send us the deposit to begin the design process.

After your order, we will send you a confirmation via email.
First make sure that everything is correct and then proceed to the payment of the deposit.
Once we receive the payment, we will start designing and producing.
A deposit of 30% or a minimum payment of 100 Euros is required to get started.
Once your order is completed, we will inform you of the total amount (including shipping).
Before confirming the order, let us know about the payment method. We accept payment by bank deposit / transfer, as well as by credit cards.

SHIPPING METHODS

We can use either registered shipping or courier.
Before we send you the final invoice, we will inform you about it.
We can ship your products anywhere in the world. Please note, however, that upon receipt by the carrier, any liability for any delays or loss ceases.

Return Policy
Because the products are tailored to your requirements, returns are not accepted.
The only rare case where they are accepted is a shipping error or in the unlikely event of a defective product.
Returns must be made within ten days and only if we have been notified immediately via email or otherwise.
The return cost is borne by the customer. Any replacement products will be shipped to you as soon as possible, at no extra charge.

If you have purchased through our online store, you will receive an email notification confirming your order and payment method. Then as we are producers, your product will need 2-3 days to be produced if it is not in stock, in which you will be notified that it is in production. Finally, once packaged and ready for delivery you will receive a final email that your order has been completed along with a tracking number and courier service used.

If you have placed an order, you will probably have already contacted one of our representatives and they will have discussed when your order will enter the production phase (after you have only confirmed the final designs). Typical production times are 10-14 days.
