- A great garment pattern. Your first step to your custom sports attire? Choose your outfit. When you choose a garment, you are also choosing a highly technical pattern that guarantees excellent fit, unhindered movement, comfort, and sturdy stitches.

Create your own design. We love getting creative together and we provide two options for you. The first option is to hire us as designers, for a modest cost. Discuss with our team of expert designers your ideas -figures, colors, style, anything that inspires you-, show us sketches, photos, logos, and let us propose one or more designs. We create all designs digitally and apply them on our patterns, so you will be able to see how the finished garment will look like in 3D and ask for modifications. Your second option is to provide a finished design if you are or if you hire a designer. Athlon will provide you with the digital pattern and a list of requirements to follow to ensure that the finished garment will have a high quality print.
- Printing your design. Once you confirm that the garment looks as you want it to look, we can start the production process and you can start counting days. Our production cycle can last up to 14 days, and it starts with high quality printing that allows for vivid colors, text and logos that stand out correctly against a colorful background, and an overall photographic quality. All pieces of the pattern are printed on a special medium that guarantees that the print is durable and will stay vivid as you wear it and wash it. All our inks are 100% eco-friendly too.
- Selecting the adequate fabric. Athlon Custom Sportswear carefully selects sturdy, certified technical fabrics to create the Athlon outfits. Depending on the sport, we select fabrics with certifications such as UV protection, antibacterial, dry fit, etc.
- HD press. A high tech HD press allows us to adhere durably the print to the fabric. Next we cut the pieces of the outfit, and we are ready to sew it!
- Technical stitching. Sports outfits require special stitching (like flat cross stitching, triple stitching, overlapping seams, etc), to ensure you will not experience chaffing because of awkward seams, and you will not risk seeing your garment tear at the seams as you use and wear it. We sew all garments in our Athlon studio– there is no outsourcing. Sewing is our business!
- Final inspection. We inspect each and every one of the garments we produce. If it passes the test, your garment is ready to ship!
